All orders are packaged with the upmost care and shipped via Australia Post unless alternative courier arrangements have been made with the customer and in that case courier Sendle will be used.
SHIPPING RATES WITHIN AUSTRALIA
- FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $120
- $12 Flat Rate Shipping on all other orders
We will get your order out to you as soon as possible,
Orders placed Monday to Thursday before 2pm AEST will be shipped next business day.
Orders placed Friday to Sunday before 12pm Sunday AEST will be shipped on Monday. (Excluding Public Holidays)
We will accept returns; the following is our policy:
Any request for a return should be discussed with Got Yarn prior to sending your items back.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging and any bands on yarn must still remain.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (invoice number).
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
It is at the discretion of Got Yarn if a refund will be provided.
We will send you an email to notify you that we have received and inspected your returned item. If your refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days.
